6. Pag-instalar ug Pag-setup
Professional installation is recommended. If you choose to install the kit yourself, ensure you have the necessary tools and follow these general steps. Refer to your vehicle's service manual for specific chassis details.
6.1 Pre-Installation Checks
- Susiha ang tanan nga mga sangkap alang sa bisan unsang kadaot.
- Ensure the vehicle is on a level surface, parking brake engaged, and wheels chocked.
- Raise the rear of the vehicle and support it securely with jack stands. Remove the rear wheels if necessary for access.
6.2 Air Spring Installation
- Locate the mounting points on your vehicle's chassis for the air springs. These are typically above the rear axle.
- Attach the galvanised heavy-duty mounting brackets to the chassis using the provided bolts, screws, and washers. Ensure they are securely fastened.
- Mount the air spring bags to the brackets. The design allows for a bolt-on installation. Ensure the air inlet is accessible for air line connection.
6.3 Compressor and Air Line Installation
- Choose a suitable, dry, and protected location to mount the 12V air suspension compressor. This could be in the vehicle's cabin, under the seat, or in a storage compartment.
- Secure the compressor using appropriate fasteners.
- Connect the 5m air line from the compressor to the air springs. Use the provided Tee T-fitting to connect both air springs to a single air line from the compressor.
- Install the barometer (pressure gauge) in a convenient location within the cabin for easy monitoring of air pressure. Connect it to the air line system using the provided air fittings.
- Ensure all air fittings are tight to prevent leaks. Use the Hex Valve Air fittings G1/8 as needed.
6.4 Mga Kable sa Elektrisidad
- Connect the 12V air compressor to a suitable 12V power source in your vehicle. It is recommended to wire it through a fused circuit (e.g., ignition-switched) to prevent accidental discharge of the vehicle battery.
- Siguruha nga ang tanan nga mga koneksyon sa kuryente luwas ug insulated aron malikayan ang mga mubu nga sirkito.
- Reconnect the vehicle's battery once all electrical work is complete.
6.5 Mga Pagsusi Human sa Pag-instalar
- Ipaubos ang sakyanan sa yuta.
- Inflate the air springs to a low pressure (e.g., 10-20 PSI) using the compressor.
- Check for air leaks using a soapy water solution sprayed on all connections. Bubbles indicate a leak. Tighten connections or re-seat air lines as needed.
- Test the system by inflating and deflating the air springs to ensure proper operation and desired ride height adjustment.
7. Mga Instruksyon sa Pag-opera
7.1 Adjusting Air Pressure
- To Increase Pressure: Turn on the 12V air compressor. Monitor the barometer until the desired pressure is reached.
- To Decrease Pressure: Slowly release air from the system using the air valve until the desired pressure is reached.
Always adjust air pressure based on the load being carried. Higher loads require higher pressure, within the specified maximum limits. Lower loads or an empty vehicle will require lower pressure for optimal ride comfort.
7.2 Recommended Pressure Guidelines
- Minimum nga Presyon: Always maintain a minimum of 5-10 PSI in the air springs to prevent damage.
- Light Load: 20-40 PSI
- Heavy Load/Towing: 50-80 PSI (Do not exceed maximum vehicle or air spring capacity)
These are general guidelines. Experiment to find the optimal pressure for your specific load and driving conditions.
8. Pagmentinar
Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your air suspension system.
- Buwan nga Inspeksyon: Visually inspect air springs, air lines, and electrical connections for any signs of wear, damage, or leaks.
- Susiha ang mga Leaks: Periodically check all air connections with soapy water. Address any leaks immediately.
- Limpyo nga mga sangkap: Keep the air springs and compressor free from dirt and debris.
- Filter sa hangin: If your compressor has an air filter, check and clean/replace it as per the compressor's instructions.
- Pag-monitor sa Presyon: Regularly check the air pressure, especially before and after loading the vehicle.

9. Pagsulbad sa problema
| Problema | Posibleng Hinungdan | Solusyon |
|---|---|---|
| Air springs lose pressure quickly | Air leak in lines or fittings | Check all connections with soapy water. Tighten fittings or replace damaged air lines. |
| Ang compressor dili mag-on | No power, blown fuse, faulty wiring | Check electrical connections, inspect fuse, verify power supply. |
| Uneven ride height (left/right) | Uneven air pressure, uneven load distribution | Adjust air pressure in individual air springs (if plumbed separately) or redistribute load. |
| Air springs not inflating | Blocked air line, faulty compressor, damaged air spring | Check air lines for kinks, test compressor, inspect air springs for damage. |
10. Mga Tip sa Gumagamit
- Pre-Trip Check: Always check your air pressure before embarking on a trip, especially when carrying or towing heavy loads.
- Pag-apod-apod sa load: Proper load distribution is crucial for optimal performance and safety, even with air suspension.
- Gradual Adjustments: Make small, gradual adjustments to air pressure to find the perfect balance for your comfort and load.
- Pag-atiman sa tingtugnaw: In colder climates, ensure air lines are free of moisture to prevent freezing, which can cause blockages or damage.
